आज आप बहुतायत संख्या में पाएंगे कि लोग कहते हैं कि आज की पीढ़ी ऐसी है, इनमें ये कमी है वो कमी है, जो भी कमियां या बुराइयां हैं तो उनका दोषी है कौन ?

अगर आप आज अपने स्वार्थवश ग़लत इंसान का सम्मान करेंगे तो आपके बच्चे भी वैसे ही बनेंगे।

आने वाले समय में यही बच्चे अधिकारी, डाक्टर, इंजीनियर, वकील, कलाकार, न्यायधीश, शिक्षक, व्यापारी और नेता इत्यादि बनेंगे, उस वक्त हमारी इनसे क्या अपेक्षाएं होंगी, क्या वो इस पर खरे उतर पाएंगे?

इसके लिए हमें उन्हें अभी से तैयार करना होगा।

तकनीकी शिक्षा के साथ उन्हें जीवन और इस शरीर और मन की सही समझ देनी होगी।

उनमें संवेदनशीलता, समता, व्यक्ति की गरिमा, आज़ादी, सत्यनिष्ठा, परोपकार, त्याग, जिम्मेदारी और जवाबदेही जैसे मूल्यों के प्रति सम्मान अभी से विकसित करना होगा, नहीं तो कल हमारे पास भी अपनी उत्तरोत्तर पीढ़ी की आलोचना करने के सिवाय कोई और विकल्प न होगा।

बाहर के शासन और बाहर से लगाम से ज्यादा कारगर है इंसान का स्वयं में ये संकल्प कि वो विश्व व्यवस्था को बिगाड़ने या मनुष्यों के आपसी विश्वास को कम करने वाला कोई कार्य नहीं करेगा।

इस श्रृंखला में मैंने अपने उन अनुभवों को साझा करने का मन बनाया है जो मुझे समय दर समय होते रहे हैं, 

पढ़ाई, मानव मूल्य और जीवन संघर्षों को लेकर।

कल १४ अप्रैल को देशभर में अंबेडकर जयंती को उनके मानने वाले, उनके शुक्र गुजार लोगों ने श्रद्धा पूर्वक मनाया, मैंने भी कल अपने साथ उठने बैठने वाले लोगों के साथ, बाबा साहेब डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर की शिक्षाओं, उनके संघर्षों और उनके कार्यों पर चर्चा की।

बात आरक्षण पर आयी, मैंने कहा

देश के समुचित विकास के लिए और देश के नागरिकों के बीच बंधुता के लिए ताकि आपसी सौहार्द बना रहे,  ््््््््््््््््््््््््््््

आरक्षण एक अफरमेटिव एक्शन है, जिसके द्वारा समाज के उस तबके को मौका दिया जा रहा है पढ़ाई और नौकरी का जो समाज की मुख्य धारा से पिछड़ चुके हैं ताकि वो भी अपनी प्रतिभा और कौशल से देश के विकास में योगदान दे सकें।

जितने ज्यादा लोग इस देश के विकास में बेहतर योगदान देंगे उतनी ही जल्दी हम महाशक्ति बनेंगे।

किसी तबके को ये न लगे कि उन्हें तो मौका ही नहीं मिला अच्छी शिक्षा पाकर देश के लिए कुछ बेहतर से बेहतर करने का, मानव जीवन की उच्चतम संभावना को पाने का, नहीं तो ये मलाल रह जाएगा मन में और समय दर समय प्रस्फुटित होता रहेगा।

फिर दोहराना चाहता हूं कि देश महान होता है देश के लोगों से, जब हर किसी को अवसर मिलेगा मानव जीवन की उच्चतम संभावना को पाने का तब ही देश महान होगा और नित विकास के नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित करेगा।

Some tips for preparation

1. When you start preparing for any exam, your first and foremost step should be to go through the syllabus of that exam along with the questions asked in the previous years of that exam and

A. Try to understand the trend

B. Try to understand the level of questions

C. Identify your strong and weak topics and plan how much importance to give to each topic accordingly

D. Work on the precise approach to solve questions so that maximum number of questions can be solved in the given time

2. Complete your preparation in stages according to the nature of the exam:

While preparing for some exams in which basic questions are asked in large numbers, prepare for them by completing all the chapters in the first stage.

A. Understand the basic definitions and formulas

B. Understand which formula to use in which situation through an example

C. Remember well what each notation in the formula means

D. Understand the process of how the unit and dimension of quantities are determined

E. Write down the formulas with three parameters in a separate diary

F. Memorize some standard solved questions.

1. जब आप किसी परीक्षा की तैयारी करना शुरू करते हैं तो आपका पहला और जरुरी कदम होना चाहिए की आप उस परीक्षा के सिलेबस के साथ उस परीक्षा में विगत वर्षों में आये प्रश्नों को खंगालें और

क. ट्रेंड को समझने का प्रयास करें

ख. प्रश्नों के स्तर को समझने का प्रयास करें

ग. अपने मजबूत और कमज़ोर टॉपिक्स की पहचान कर उसके अनुसार किस टॉपिक को कितना महत्व देना है इसकी योजना बनायें

घ. दिये गये समय में अधिकतम प्रश्न हल किये जा सकें इसके लिए प्रश्नों को हल करने की सटीक एप्रोच पर काम करो

2 .परीक्षा की प्रकृति के अनुसार अपनी तैयरी को कुछ चरणों में पूरा करें :

कुछ परीक्षाएं जिनमे बेसिक प्रश्न बहुतायत संख्या में आते हैं, उनके लिए तयारी करते वक़्त सबसे पहले चरण में सारे चैप्टर्स से

क. बेसिक परिभाषाएं और सूत्र समझ लें

ख. कौन सूत्र किस परिस्थिति में उपयोग करना है इसे उदाहरण से समझ लें

ग. सूत्र में किस नोटेशन का क्या मायने है इसे अच्छे से याद कर लें

घ. राशियों की इकाई और विमा कैसे निकलते हैं इस प्रक्रिया को समझ लें

ड. तीन पैरामीटर्स वाले सूत्र एक अलग डायरी पर लिख लें

ढ. कुछ स्टैण्डर्ड हल किये गये प्रश्न याद रक्खें

Dear Students

Please note the following tips:

To approach a question either write the formula of desired quantity and then put the values

directly or indirectly from given values in question

write the main equation of that *topic* so that you can know which quantities can be deduced

from the *given* values and *main equation* 

Fo example in questions of photo electric effect you can always *start* the question by writing

*main equation* and then putting given values and checking what you can find by putting

those values. 

Main equation in above case the Einstein's equation of photo electric effect.

The photo electric effect equation of k.e max can be written in various form.... 

Like if frequency is given then in terms of frequency. 

If wavelength is given then in terms of wavelength. 

If cut off wavelength is given then *work function* can by replaced by *hc upon lambda not*

If cut off frequency is given then work function can be replaced by *h nue not*

Attempt the motion related and force related questions. By drawing diagram. 

Hint- to cross a pole a train need to travel a distance equal to its length... Because pole is said

to be crossed only when the guard's wagon crosses the pole.

You all are encouraged to attempt as many questions as possible based on topics taught in

class, Unsolved one can be discussed in class with teacher.

Practice well.. Always try to compare questions with those *done in class* so that solution can

be obtained. 

Test is meant to judge your understanding and analytical ability and to make you all aware

about where to take cautions and where to use common sense. 

So feel light while attempting it.

Better understanding of concepts through numerical solving is required.

Monoatomic gas has only 3 translational dof. Diatomic rigid gas molecule has 3 translational dof

+ 2 rotational dof = 5 dof. Diatomic non-rigid molecule has 3 translational + 2 rotational + 1

vibrational dof = 6 dof. Polyatomic linear molecules have 3 trans + 2 rot + f number of
