क्या आप जानते हैं, ऐसे अवसरों के बारे में जिसमे अधिकारियों को विधायी प्रारूपण के लिए नामित किया जा सकता है?

 हम में से बहुत से ऐसे अवसरों के बारे में नहीं जानते हैं कि अधिकारियों को विधायी प्रारूपण के लिए नामित किया जा सकता है।

Many of us even don't know about such opportunities that officers can be nominated for legislative drafting.

जिले में DM (District Magistrate-जिलाधीश) और मंडल में commissioner (आयुक्त) होता है जो DM का reporting officer (बोलचाल की भाषा मे बॉस कह सकते हैं)होता है और उसे मंडलायुक्त भी कहते हैं |

इस प्रस्तावना के प्रत्येक शब्द में स्पष्टता और समझ विकसित करने पर जोर दिया जाना चाहिए। प्रस्तावना हमारे संविधान की आत्मा/उद्देश्य है, हमारे संविधान के अनुरूप नहीं होने वाला कोई भी कानून शून्य होगा,
तो प्रस्तावना को पढ़ना और समझना भारत की भूमि के कानून को समझने की दिशा में एक अच्छी शुरुआत हो सकती है। 
एक नागरिक जो अपने अधिकारों और देश के कानून के बारे में जानता है, उसके पास उच्च सरकारी पद पाने की संभावना अधिक होती है।

Emphasis should be made to each word of this preamble for developing clarity and understanding thereof. 

The preamble is soul/objective of our Constitution, any law not consistent with our Constitution will be void. 

So reading and understanding the preamble may be a good start towards understanding the law of the land of India.

एक तरफ भ्रष्टाचार करके संपत्ति अर्जित करने वाले, समाज और तंत्र को खोखला कर रहे हैं तो दूसरी तरफ उसी समाज के रिस्तेदार और दोस्त लालचवश ऐसे भ्रष्ट लोगों को बड़ा सम्मान और आदर दे रहे हैं, यहीं तक नहीं, ऐसे लोगों को अपना आदर्श मान रहे हैं चोरी छिपे ही सही।

-- पैसा इंसान के लिए बनाया गया था अब बहुतायत में ऐसे इंसान हैं जो पैसे के लिए ही जीवन जी रहे हैं फिर भले इसके लिए उन्हें उसी हवा (तंत्र) को क्यों न गंदा करना पड़ जाए जिसमें वो सांस ले रहे हैं।

-- कारण साफ है अंदर से खोखला इंसान बाहर से झूठी इज्जत चाह रहा है, खुद की नजरों में गिरा हुआ दूसरों से पैसे के बल पर सम्मान चाह रहा।

कोई बीमारी उम्र न कम कर दें इस डर से अथाह पैसे की भूख जो भ्रष्ट आचरण तक ले जा रही है।

अंदर की अशांति को बाहर की विलासिता से भरने की कोशिश।

कोई असहमत होकर अहंकार को चोट न कर दे, पैसे के दम से झूठी सहमति खरीदने की कोशिश।
