The intention behind Sharing the notice is not just to inform about the aforementioned result,

instead to familiarize the needy ones, how the government notices are written, how, why and whome

the extra copies are distributed, who has the authority to sign such letter/notice

and ongoing system in various department...

The more we will be aware, less likely we would be prone to be cheated.

The more we become aware about the working of the system and the world, the less likely we are prone to be sad.

आप सभी को नमस्कार। जल्द ही हमारा देश 76वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस मनाएगा। 
इस अवसर पर मेरी इच्छा है कि हमारे समाज के बच्चे अपने स्कूल में उत्सव के दौरान एक संक्षिप्त भाषण दें। 
इसके निम्नलिखित लाभ हो सकते हैं जिन्हें मैं महत्वपूर्ण मानता हूं:
1. यह छात्र/बच्चे में स्वतंत्रता की समझ और देशभक्ति की भावना पैदा करेगा
2. यह मंच के भय को दूर कर सकता है 
3. यह एक सभा के सामने बोलने के लिए आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ा सकता है
4. यह हमारे बच्चों को स्कूलों के उच्च अधिकारियों द्वारा ध्यान देने में मदद करेगा 
ताकि उन्हें अगली बार ऐसे आयोजनों के लिए नामांकित किया जा सके 
और यह बदले में उन्हें प्रगति के अवसर प्रदान करेगा।
5. भाषण का अभ्यास करने से छात्र अभ्यास की ताकत के बारे में जागरूक हो जाएंगे।
मैं आप सभी से अनुरोध/प्रोत्साहित करता हूं कि आप अपने बच्चे के लिए एक संक्षिप्त भाषण तैयार करें। 
भाषण तैयार करते समय निम्नलिखित बातों पर विचार किया जा सकता है: 
A.उम्र दस साल के बच्चे के लिए इसे 4-5 पंक्तियों की तरह छोटा रखना चाहिए।
B.भाषण के संबोधित भाग को छोटा भी रखा जा सकता है जैसे "सभी को स्वतंत्रता दिवस की शुभकामनाएं। 
मेरा नाम xyz है, मैं इस शुभ दिन पर निम्नलिखित पंक्तियों को व्यक्त करना चाहता हूं।
" फिर भाषण की मुख्य पंक्तियाँ
C. पंक्तियाँ ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि बच्चा इसे आसानी से समझ सके ताकि वह इसे आत्मविश्वास से बोल सके। 
यदि आप में से कोई चाहे तो मुझे आपके बच्चे के लिए भाषण लिखने में खुशी होगी, 
बस मुझे व्यक्तिगत रूप से बच्चे का नाम, उम्र और शिक्षा का माध्यम भेजें। 
भाषण का अभ्यास माता-पिता या दादा-दादी के सामने किया जा सकता है, 
और यदि आवश्यक हो तो बच्चे को सहज बनाने के लिए भाषण को भी बदला जा सकता है।

Greetings to all of you. 
Soon our nation will be celebrating 76th Independence day. 
On this occasion I wish that children of our society deliver a short speech 
during the celebration at their school. 
Following may be the benefits, I consider as important:
1. It will inculcate the understanding of independence and feeling of patriotism in the student/ child
2. It may reliminate the fear of stage
3. It may boost the confidence to speak in front of a gathering
4.it will help our children to be noticed by higher authority of schools
so that they can be nominated for such events next time and it will in turn 
provide them opportunities for progress. 
5. By practicing the speech the students will become aware about the strength of practice. 

I request/encourage everyone of you to prepare a short speech for your child. 
Following points may be considered while preparing the speech:
A. It should be kept small like 4-5 lines for a ten years  child. 
B.  addressing part of the speech may be kept small also like 
" Happy independence day to everyone. My name is xyz i wish to express following lines on this auspicious day. "
Then the main lines of speech
C. Lines should be such that the child can understand it easily 
so that he/she can speak it confidently. 

If anyone of you wish, I would be happy to write speech for your child,  
just send me personally  the name, age and medium of education of the child. 

The speech may be practiced in front of parents or grand parents,
and if required the speech may be changed also to make the child comfortable.

The Constitution offers all citizens, individually and collectively, some basic freedoms. These are guaranteed in the Constitution in the form of six broad categories of Fundamental Rights, which are justifiable. Article 12 to 35 contained in Part III of the Constitution deal with Fundamental Rights. These are:


Right to equality, including equality before law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, and equality of opportunity in matters of employment.

इस प्रस्तावना के प्रत्येक शब्द में स्पष्टता और समझ विकसित करने पर जोर दिया जाना चाहिए। प्रस्तावना हमारे संविधान की आत्मा/उद्देश्य है, 
हमारे संविधान के अनुरूप नहीं होने वाला कोई भी कानून शून्य होगा, तो प्रस्तावना को पढ़ना और समझना भारत की भूमि के कानून को समझने की दिशा में एक अच्छी शुरुआत हो सकती है। 
एक नागरिक जो अपने अधिकारों और देश के कानून के बारे में जानता है, उसके पास उच्च सरकारी पद पाने की संभावना अधिक होती है।

Emphasis should be made to each word of this preamble for developing clarity and understanding thereof. 

The preamble is soul/objective of our Constitution, any law not consistent with our Constitution will be void. 

So reading and understanding the preamble may be a good start towards understanding the law of the land of India.
