Does electromagnetic waves show deflection in electric or magnetic field?

Answer is "No"

Explanation- EM waves are consist of photons which are "chargeless"  quanta of energy so no deflection in EM field.

Approch to solve the problem above-

step-1   necessary condition for deflection is to feel (acted upon) some force in direction other than direction of motion.

step-2 for EM field to exert force the entity should be having some charge

step-3 entities making up EM waves are photons which are "chargeless"

No charge so No force so No deflection.
